Founded in Atlanta, Georgia in 2009, Carvalho & Company began as a bold venture into luxury fashion with the launch of Ceci-Peri — a premium brand co-founded by acclaimed designer Viviane Carvalho.

Recognizing the power of natural wellness, the company pivoted into the cosmetics and personal care industry, developing beloved brands like Gary’s Magic Oil and Jusjay Skin — each built on 100% natural ingredients.

Today, Carvalho & Company operates as a full-scale brand management enterprise, overseeing a diversified portfolio spanning cosmetics, logistics, business services, and the construction industry.
